Signature Master Suite

Offer a stay for 2 people with breakfast in a Signature Master Suite decorated in an elegante and fresh contemporary style, each with a distinctive style. 

12 months from the date of issue. Once this period has passed, the voucher expires and cannot be reactivated. Up to 30 days before its expiry date, your voucher can be exchanged for a superior voucher on payment of the respective upgrade. Valid for more 6 months.

1. Valid for accommodation and breakfast only. Other services or consumptions are not included.
2. The voucher is personal and non-transferable. Its use is subject to prior booking and availability of rooms at Vinha Boutique Hotel.
3. At the time of booking, the bearer must quote the number of the voucher so it can be matched to the service it was purchased for. The bearer should present the voucher when checking in at the hotel, and follow all other procedures for check-in at Vinha Boutique Hotel, namely identifying themselves by providing a valid identification document and presenting a credit card, or other means of payment to ensure any eventual additional services provided to the client not covered by the amount/services included in the voucher.
4. In the case of a lost voucher: the bearer should contact Vinha Boutique Hotel and quote the number and name on the voucher, in order to request a duplicate of the original document and should be accompanied by an identification document. Only by following this procedure the issuance of a duplicate of the original voucher will be considered.
5. The voucher cannot be accumulated with any other existing promotion at Vinha Boutique Hotel.
6. Only 1 voucher is accepted per reservation, it is therefore not possible to accumulate multiple vouchers for one reservation (1).
7. If the total amount of the stay is less than the value of the Accommodation Voucher the difference will not be refunded.
8. The value of the voucher will be deducted from the total amount of the stay at the time of check out.
9. The voucher can be used for accommodation services at Vinha Boutique Hotel for any accommodation rate listed by the hotel, and according to existing availability (2).
10. The voucher cannot be redeemed for cash and is not refundable.
11. The amount indicated includes VAT at the legal rates (3).
12. The voucher can be sent electronically to an email address indicated at the time of purchase (4).
13. Use of the voucher requires a reservation of at least 2 weeks in advance through: geral@vinhaboutiquehotel.com or +351 22 115 41 20 (cost of a local landline call).

Reservations made with an Accommodation Voucher can be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to your expected arrival. After this time the Voucher becomes inactive and cannot be used for a new booking. The voucher is non refoundable.
