Monetary Voucher

Validity:
12 months from the date of insuance.
Once this validity period has passed the voucher expires and cannot be reactivated.

The Monetary Voucher can be used as payment for any of the following hotel services:

Monetary Voucher/Accommodation – Redeem your voucher and the value will be deducted from the price of your stay. Use of the voucher requires a mandatory reservation of at least 2 weeks in advance. See Accommodation Voucher for more using conditions.
It counts as a discount on the price of the accommodation on the date of reservation according to the flexible rates on www.vinhaboutiquehotel.com

Monetary Voucher/Gastronomic – Redeem your voucher and the value will be deducted from the price of your meal at Vinha Restaurant. Use of the voucher requires a mandatory reservation of at least 3 days in advance. It is not valid for themed menus. See Gastronomic Voucher for more using conditions.

Monetary Voucher/SPA – Redeem your voucher and the value will be deducted from the price of a treatment/service at the Sisley Paris SPA of Vinha Boutique Hotel. Use of the voucher requires a mandatory reservation of at least 48 hours in advance. See SPA Voucher for more using conditions.

Monetary Voucher/Experience – Redeem your voucher and the value will be deducted from the price of an exclusive experience of the hotel. Experiences are available at www.vinhaboutiquehotel.com. Validation of the participant is mandatory as well as a reservation of at least one week in advance. See Experience Voucher for more using conditions.

Exchanges or Refunds:
Not allowed any exchanges or refunds of this category.

Conditions of Use:

• Only 1 voucher per reservation/booking/service. The use of multiple vouchers for one reservation is not allowed. Only 1 voucher is allowed for each reservation.
• Valid for equal or superior amounts to the value of the voucher. Non-refundable.
• The voucher is personal and non-transferable. Its use is subject to reservation/booking of the chosen service.
• At the time of reservation/booking, the bearer must quote the number of the voucher so it can be matched to the service it was purchased for. The bearer should present the voucher upon arrival at the hotel, and should also have their credit card with them, or other means of payment, to ensure any eventual additional services provided to the client not covered by the value/services included in the voucher.
• In the case of a lost voucher: the bearer should contact Vinha Boutique Hotel and quote the number and name on the voucher, in order to request a duplicate of the original document, and should be accompanied by an identification document. Only by following this procedure the issuance of a duplicate of the original voucher will be considered.
• It is not redeemable for cash or refundable.
• Amounts include VAT at the legal rate.
• Use of the voucher requires a mandatory reservation through: geral@vinhaboutiquehotel.com or +351 22 115 41 20 (National landline call), indicating the type of service intended.
• The voucher will be sent electronically to an email address indicated at the time of the purchase. We recommend you keep your digital or paper voucher in a safe place until you need it, as you will have to present it when checking in or redeeming it.
• To the above presented conditions may increase other conditions related to the chosen voucher category to redeem the Monetary Voucher.

Cancellation Policy:
Reservation made with a Monetary Voucher can be cancelled according to the cancellation policy of the service reserved/voucher category chosen.
