12 months from the date of insuance.
Once this period has passed the voucher expires and cannot be reactivated.
If the voucher is associated with a themed experience/limited in time, with a set date and announced by the Hotel, the voucher will no longer be valid after this date. The Experience with booked date will be indicated on the voucher or at the hotel website: www.vinhaboutiquehotel.com.

Exchanges or Refunds:
- The voucher is personal and non-transferable. Its use is subject to prior reservation and availability. Only then the reservation will be considered valid for use of the voucher.
- At the time of reservation/booking, the bearer must quote the number of the voucher so it can be matched to the service it was purchased for. The bearer should present the voucher when arriving at the hotel, and should also have their credit card with them, or other means of payment, to ensure any eventual additional services provided to the client not covered by the value/services included in the voucher.
- In the case of a lost voucher: the bearer should contact Vinha Boutique Hotel and quote the number and name on the voucher, in order to request a duplicate of the original document and should be accompanied by an identification document. Only by following this procedure the issuance of a duplicate of the original voucher will be considered.
- Multiple vouchers are not accepted. Only 1 voucher per reservation is accepted.
- The voucher is only valid for the strict use of the service/experience stated on it. It cannot be exchanged or adapted to another experience.
- The voucher is not redeemable for cash or refundable.
- The amounts indicated include VAT at the legal rates.
- The voucher can be sent electronically to an email address indicated at the time of purchase 1.
- Use of the voucher requires a booking/reservation of at least 1 week in advance through: firstname.lastname@example.org or +351 22 115 41 20.
- All Vinha Boutique Hotel Experiences are subject to existing availability.
The voucher can be exchanged or refunded up to 15 days from the date of insuance
Bookings with the Experience Voucher cannot be cancelled or rescheduled.
The Voucher becomes automatically inactive if the bearer fails to show up or is unable to attend, without any right to a refund of the value or a rescheduling to another experience.
